FASB Line 2 stands out in the furniture industry, supporting partner companies in the production of solutions for public and private spaces. We make sturdy and functional chairs and tables, as well as complementary components such as counter frames, shelving, and furniture bases, using high-quality tubing and sheet metal.
The complete manufacturing process, including design, laser cutting, bending, assembly, and finishing, enables the production of durable products designed to meet the needs of high-traffic environments, providing our partners with efficiency, precision, and aesthetic and functional design.

Development and design process

Upon receipt of a request, Fasb Linea 2 initiates a feasibility analysis involving, when necessary, the Customer’s Technical Department to identify the most efficient technical-economic solution. This approach makes it possible to formulate a targeted and customized offer.

Once the order is confirmed, the team takes care of the detailed design of the product using 2D/3D CAD software and the production process. Each design is then subjected to practical verification and validation to ensure the highest quality standards, in compliance with ISO 9001 Certification . Where required, we apply APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PFMEA(Process Failure Mode Effect and Analysis) methodologies.

Production Operations

Having completed the design and development phase, Fasb Line 2 kicks off the series production cycle, performing the machining necessary to make the finished product. Activities may include:

Laser Tube Cutting, Tube Plasticization, Tube bending and deformation, Sheet Metal Laser Cutting, Sheet Metal Bending, Welding Assemblies, Powder Coating, Final Packaging.

Each stage is precisely managed to ensure the highest level of quality and compliance with the required specifications.

Throughout the entire production process, Fasb Linea 2 performs thorough checks according to the control plan defined at the design stage, in line with the Customer’s specifications and requirements.


The main objective is to ensure the highest precision and guarantee high quality standards for each and every manufactured item.

Prior to packaging, Fasb Linea 2 performs rigorous final checks, both instrumental and visual, to ensure that the product conforms to the Customer’s specific requirements.


This final stage is carried out with the utmost care by qualified personnel, ensuring that each product is perfectly intact and compliant for shipment.
