Fasb Linea 2 represents a story of constant growth, leaded by one of the company's basic principles: the constant investment in technology, in the innovation with the most modern and advanced machineries and in the high education of the individual skills of each employee.

Fasb Linea 2 was founded in 1981 as a metalworking company, specialized in the processing of metal pipes.

It represents a happy chapter of Italian entrepreneurial history which, during these decades, saw the transformation of the small "domestic" welding workshop of the founder Luigi Fumagalli into a company located on an area of 10,000 square meters, half covered, that offers employment to 24 employees and with a constantly growing turnover both national and international levels.

Up with the times with the employ of technology

The most representative stage of the growth of Fasb began in 1993, when the first welding robot was installed. Three years later, the automated powder coating painting plant was installed. The constant research for the best and most innovative production technologies is one of the secrets of the success of Fasb, also because the company's growth has always been accompanied by the constant improvement of the skills of its employees.

In 2004, the first laser cutting system was purchased, while in 2009, thanks also to the acquisition of new important customers, Fasb Linea 2 doubled its production capacity in laser cutting with a second laser cutting plant.

Finally, in 2011 all the pipe bending machines were renewed, and new electric pipe-bending-machineries added. This allowed the great expansion of the operations and more constancy in high quality levels.

Thanks to its organization, Fasb Linea 2 offers a complete production-cycle, from the raw material to the finished product, followed by the final assembly.

  • Power coating painting department
You can work well only with the right space

In 2013, Fasb made works for the renovation and enlargement on the executive-office building, by adding new spaces for offices and workstations. Precisely, these spaces were created for a specific sector, the Research and Development, which has become a key-point for the design of new products with the aim to offer to our customers a specialized technical support and create customized solutions.

During these years, Fasb has also developed the marketing sector, which has promoted the increase of relationships and the acquisition of new and important customer among the most important companies both in Italy and abroad.

But the development of Fasb won’t stop here. The new goal is the enlargement of the spaces dedicated to the production sector though the build of a new warehouse next to the existing one.
In addition to the principal headquarters in Cremella (LC), Fasb Linea 2 inagurated in 2011 a second branch in Barzanò (LC).

The warehouse in Barzanò is dedicated to the final assembly operations and to the stock of the finished products.

The important thing is to branch out

The metal pipe is everywhere and it’s the same for Fasb Linea 2, which provides different sectors and some of the greatest and most important world companies.
This experience has inspired the creativity and convinced the management to develop a new internal product range.
