From Design to Final Packaging
Upon receipt of the request for quotation, the feasibility study is launched, conducted by the Project Team involving, if necessary, the Customer UT for the search of the best technical-economic solution allowing then the subsequent quotation.
Fasb Line 2 upon receipt of the order, proceeds with the design of the product (CAD 2D/3D) and the industrial process, until the practical validation of the project.
Upon completion of the design and development phase, the planned production cycle begins, which may include:
▪️ Laser Tube Cutting
▪️ Tube Plasticization
▪️ Bending and deformation Tube
▪️ Sheet Metal Laser Cutting
▪️ Sheet Metal Bending
▪️ Group Welding (MIG-TIG)
▪️ Powder Coating
▪️ Packaging
Fasb Line 2 conducts, during all stages of production, the surveys defined in the design in accordance with the requirements and requests of the Customer, according to the defined control plan.
The primary purpose is to ensure the absolute and total accuracy and quality of the manufactured products
