From Small Mechanical Workshop to Strategic Customer Partner

From the resourcefulness and stubbornness of founder Luigi Fumagalli, Fasb Linea 2 was born in 1981, which started as a small workshop and has now become an important industrial reality in northern Italy in the engineering sector. With a paradigm shift, it has now established itself in the marketplace by providing tailor-made solutions to its clients, combining the potential of a large company with the sartorial care that sets it apart.

Where we are

We are located in the industrial district of upper Brianza Lecchese, in the town of Cremella (LC), on a total production area of 25,000 square meters.

Our Team

Sales and Marketing Management

Is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing clients, and promoting the company’s services. Analyzes the market, defines marketing and sales strategies.

Industrial Management (UT - R&D)

The Technical Department, coordinated by the Industrial Management, is responsible for the creation of models, drawings, technical specifications, bill of materials and production cycle, in full compliance with customer requirements, including interfacing directly with the customer.

R&D is responsible for identifying and evaluating any new materials, production methods and innovative technologies to support continuous improvement.

Industrial Management (Purchasing)

The purchasing department manages the procurement of raw materials, components and equipment needed for production, using qualified suppliers to obtain the best conditions of price, quality and delivery time.

Industrial Management (Production)

The production office plans, schedules coordinates and supervises all stages of the production process, ensuring that the required volumes are delivered on time.

IT Directorate - Quality - General Services & Training

This Directorate manages the company’s information systems, oversees the management of the quality system and is in charge of company tools and infrastructure; organizes training programs for staff.

Administration Finance & Control Department

This Department is responsible for the company’s financial planning and management, corporate income statement and balance sheet, accounting, and management control.

Fasb Line 2: Yesterday and Today

Fasb Linea 2 is much more than a metalworking company: it is the story of a passion that has turned into a solid reality. Born in 1981 from a small workshop founded by Luigi Fumagalli, our company has been able to grow steadily, guided by a fundamental principle: continuous investment in technology, innovation and training.

Today, Fasb Linea 2 is a modern industry that covers 25,000 square meters, with 12,500 square meters covered, and employs about 30 people. Our growth, both domestically and internationally, is the result of an unwavering commitment to quality and innovation.

A path of innovation

Innovation is in our DNA. At Fasb Line 2, the constant search for the best production technologies is the key to our growth.

1995: startup of the automated powder coating plant.

1996: installation of the first 4 welding islands enslaved by Anthropomorphic Robots

2004: added 4 more welding islands and introduced the first laser tube cutting plant, continuing to invest in state-of-the-art machinery.

2009: doubling our production capacity in laser tube cutting, responding to growing market demand.

2011: expansion of pipe bending machine fleet, adding electric pipe bending machines to improve our processing and ensure superior quality.

2022: Inauguration of the new sheet metal processing department, with installation of fiber laser cutting and CNC bending machines, completing our production process.

This technological evolution has always gone hand in hand with the professional growth of our employees, synchronizing human skills with the potential of machines to offer our clients a complete and efficient service.

You work well if you have the right space

In 2013, we renovated and expanded our executive headquarters, creating modern and functional spaces for our offices. Special attention was paid to the R&D department, the beating heart of our innovation, where we design new solutions and offer our customers excellent technical support for customized projects.

At the same time, we strengthened our marketing department, strengthening customer relations and winning over major industrial groups in Italy and abroad.

In addition to our main office in Cremella (LC), in 2011 we opened a second office in Barzanò (LC), consolidating our presence in the area and strengthening our production capacity.

Metal tubing is a fundamental element in every industry, and we at Fasb Linea 2 are proud to be a point of reference for major European and global players. Our expertise spans a wide range of manufacturing fields, from automotive components to designer furniture, from industrial plant engineering to building solutions.

This versatility, coupled with our passion for innovation, has stimulated our creativity and prompted us to take it a step further: to develop in-house new product lines.

We don’t just work with metal, we transform it into original and functional solutions designed to meet our customers’ needs and anticipate market trends.

Eco-sustainability

If it is Green, it is better!

In 2023 we completed the installation of a photovoltaic system of 338 solar panels with a total capacity of 192.66 kWp, aiming to maximize energy efficiency and achieve 100% renewable energy, allocating the remaining area to green area with a small vineyard and a spring water pond.
